The Solution

Exigo Tech proposed several solutions to address SEWA Rural’s IT infrastructure challenges. Firstly, to enhance network security and prevent unauthorized access, our team recommended the implementation of Sophos Enterprise Firewall. We also provided a backup solution that enabled regular offsite backups of critical data to ensure data integrity and quick data recovery in the event of data loss or disasters. Furthermore, we deployed a Synology NAS Storage Device, which offered a reliable data backup and fast data recovery, ensuring business continuity.

Additionally, Exigo Tech created a new domain that served as a centralized platform for user authentication, resource sharing, and network management. The domain creation enabled better access control, security, and management of user accounts and permissions. We also facilitated the secure migration of all local data to the new domain and configured a VPN to provide remote workers with secure access to the company’s internal network. The VPN allowed employees to access company resources and data from any location, providing them with flexibility while maintaining network security.

Furthermore, our IT team deployed an enterprise-level server with virtualization to provide the company with a scalable and robust IT infrastructure. We also provided in-house training to the company’s employees on Microsoft Apps, Server, Firewall, and Security Awareness. The training helped improve the employees’ technical skills and knowledge, enabling them to use the new IT infrastructure effectively and securely.
