Back in 2023, one of our customers experienced a breach within their network that compromised all the data on their servers and on-site backups. Despite having a detection and hunting solution, the breach went undetected until our managed services team identified and raised the alarm while configuring an application on a server. Following the breach, we conducted several workshops to devise a strategy to restore business operations swiftly, minimising the impact on their customers and sales.

That was the moment when we realised that we need a strong and comprehensive cybersecurity solution for businesses, especially SMBs and SMCs.
