Exigo Tech Named Finalist in Two Categories at the WSABE Awards 2025

One of our biggest innovations is the use of AI copilots. These are smart digital assistants that help businesses work faster and smarter. They can automate boring tasks, give useful insights from data, and make it easier for teams to make decisions.

Our Work with Palmera

A key project includes our ongoing partnership with Palmera, a not-for-profit working in Sri Lanka (headquartered in Australia). Using Azure AI Speech, we created a voice-to-text translation system that bridges language gaps between Sri Lankan field workers and the Australian team, reducing communication delays from 8–10 days to near real-time. This solution has helped Palmera strengthen its impact, increase operational speed, and better serve vulnerable communities.

This nomination recognises our unique approach to AI—one that combines innovation, empathy, and long-term value.
