CHALLENGE

The existing system made it difficult to populate templates and documents for signatures and approvals. Doing this task for each document was time-consuming, tedious, and involved a lot of follow-ups.

The next challenge was to maintain these documents in one library so that it is easy to get the files in a single location. The traditional solutions also posed some challenges in terms of user limitations and adoption.
